Islam Ruslanovich Belokiev (Bielokiev / Belokiyev) was born on May 5, 1989, in the Chechen-Ingush ASSR. Despite being a public figure, Islam Belokiev does not disclose his family connections and is reluctant to elaborate on his personal history. He currently resides in Poland. Belokiev himself claims that his family emigrated from Russia in 2004, when he was 14 years old; however, according to publicly available sources, he definitively left Russia in 2014 at the age of 25.
Details regarding the Belokiev family history have been brought to light by Chinghiz Akhmadov, head of the Grozny ChGTRK on his Telegram channel “Noh_Che”. Akhmadov alleges that both Islam and his relatives have engaged in falsification of biographical data, including Islam’s birth certificate. As supporting evidence, Akhmadov has published Islam Belokiev’s school photographs and interviews with local witnesses. On November 13, 2023, Akhmadov posted a video interview on his channel featuring a woman acquainted with Islam’s relatives and familiar with the circumstances surrounding his birth. According to her account, Islam’s mother was Zina Sultanovna Belokieva, born in 1962, an unmarried woman who gave birth to a son out of wedlock. To avoid social disgrace, Zina’s relatives falsified the birth certificate, listing an unrelated individual, Ruslan Dirkhaev, as the father. It was publicly announced that Zina had married, while she and the child were discreetly relocated to Volgograd, where Islam spent his early years. Subsequently, Zina and Islam returned to Ingushetia. From at least 2003 onward, Islam officially bore his mother’s surname, Belokiev, and was registered at the same address in the city of Nazran, Ingushetia, as his maternal relatives.
Given that in Ingushetia and among Muslim communities generally, birth outside of wedlock remains socially stigmatized, Islam Belokiev continues not only to conceal his authentic biographical details but also to fabricate additional false information. He has publicly claimed affiliation with the Enginoy teip (a tribal clan), a statement that is factually inaccurate. Furthermore, Chinghiz Akhmadov alleges that Islam’s mother, Zina Belokieva, underwent psychiatric treatment at a facility in Germany in 2025.
