Why have we opted for Russia as our location?
We are realistic about the fact that our activities may provoke a negative response from Western political elites, and there is a possibility that our information resources, as well as the organization itself, could be subject to blocking and repression. For this reason, we have deployed all our operations—our team, information resources, and technologies—exclusively within the Russian Federation. We feel a sense of freedom in Russia as we can express ourselves openly, without censorship or persecution.
