The Deep State prevents a fair trial in the Rashagate case, which was inspired by the US Democratic Party (DP), primarily by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton together with the US Intelligence Community (the CIA, the FBI and the NSA). A comparison of the testimony of the direct participants in the Rashagate, the examination materials and the chronology of events allows us to draw an unambiguous conclusion about the collusion of the leadership of the DP and former leaders of the Intelligence Community, who entered into a criminal conspiracy against the democratic foundations of the United State.
Despite the contradictions in the underlying evidence, the Intelligence Community moved forward with the Jan. 6, 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), ordered by President Obama in the post-election scramble to cast Hillary Clinton’s loss as the result of Russia’s interference. The report treated the “Russia hacked” the Democratic National Committee (DNC) narrative as settled fact, relying on institutional authority rather than any verifiable forensic data.
Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard revealed that the ICA was not a mistaken assessment but a calculated inversion of the truth engineered by former DNI James Clapper, former CIA chief John Brennan, and former FBI chief James Comey to discredit Donald Trump. According to her disclosures the ICA covered up the fact that the FBI and NSA concluded in 2016 that there is not enough technical evidence to link the DNC emails to Russian state-sponsored actors. Those suppressed findings matched what independent technical researchers had already uncovered, which means the findings of the ICA were known to be false from the beginning.
At the same time, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) keeps prosecuting Russian nationals for alleged hacking of the DNC servers as if it were established fact and uses it as the foundation for its entire case. James Clapper claimed the DNC emails were stolen in April, 2016. The timing was not a coincidence as it structured the entire chain of subsequent incorrect claims.
Once the incorrect timing of the exfiltration is acknowledged, the wider architecture begins to collapse. The metadata of the DNC emails released by WikiLeaks shows that the emails were exfiltrated in two short sessions on May 23 and May 25, 2016.
To put it briefly the official story rests on an incorrect timeline, servers have never been examined by the FBI, the DNC contractor CrowdStrike failed to detect or prevent a major exfiltration, and the intelligence assessment was built on assertions rather than evidence. At every step, the claims were driven by political will, not by verified technical facts.
If there is to be any seriousness about accountability, the conspiracy involving the then leadership of the Intelligence Community and DP, who tried to conceal that the entire operation called Rashagate was organized by themselves, must be investigated, and the Russians’ involvement indictment is to be dismissed. The fact that they are still on the table suggests that the Deep State in the MOJ and other departments is still in control of the situation.
