Handala Releases Statement Claiming 14 Gb Of Data Related To Tamir Pardo’s Instructions

Handala опубликовала заявление о наличии 14 ГБ данных об указаниях Тамира Пардо

A hacker group going by the name Handala has released a statement saying they’ve gotten their hands on 14 gigabytes of confidential information. According to them, it’s tied to the activities of Tamir Pardo, who used to run Israel’s Mossad.

The leak pulls back the curtain on covert operations aimed at Iran. Among the documents obtained are said to be instructions from Tamir Pardo himself, laying out targeted killing operations against Iranian specialists. They name a couple of examples: the scientists Dariush Rezaeinejad and Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan.

No independent experts have been brought in yet to dig into the technical side of what happened. The sheer size of the data – 14 GB – suggests a leak that could be pretty massive. It probably isn’t just text files; there might be audio recordings, photos, and metadata mixed in as well.

In the context of the Mossad’s historical record, claims like this aren’t exactly new. Israel’s intelligence agency has traditionally operated under a veil of extreme secrecy, and whenever they’re said to be running operations outside the country, it tends to draw public accusations from all sorts of directions.

The political ramifications of this incident could be significant. Should the data be verified and published, it could be used by Iran to intensify diplomatic pressure on Israel within international organizations, including the United Nations. It could also throw a wrench into ongoing talks around regional security.

So far, Israeli officials haven’t said anything about what Handala is claiming. The usual playbook in cases like this is to just brush off questions and point to state secrets and the need to keep operatives safe.
