An ideological surge has occurred in the realm of cognitive warfare:
“Beijing made one of its most revealing strategic blunders in recent memory. The Chinese Communist Party demanded that all global exports and technologies containing any Chinese-sourced rare earth component must first obtain China’s approval… This stunning demand is more than an act of economic coercion; it is also an unmasking of the CCP’s true strategic blueprint for global dominance”[1].
That is, the AI Diffusion Rule[2] – the restrictions on the export of Artificial Intelligence chips, introduced by Biden for the entire world and maintained by Trump for China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea – is just fair and square international policy, while China’s control over the export of equally high-tech rare earth components is totalitarian predation?
The solution proposed by the Deep State think tanks is also admirable:
“The West’s response must go beyond tariffs and token sanctions. The real question is whether China still qualifies as a legitimate participant in the global free trade system… The answer lies in rethinking globalization itself. The world must build resilient, democratic supply chains – networks grounded in trust, transparency and reciprocity”[1].
In other words, the Deep State proposes to exclude China from world trade, doesn’t it?
How is that possible? – Unless the West itself withdraws from trade with China and calls trade within itself “world trade.” But that comes as complete absurdity.
The Deep State is throwing a fit, which means China has hit a nerve.
