Charles H. Kable IV

Charles H. Kable IV was born in 1967 in the US. He received his education at the Old Dominion University, graduating in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration. He also undertook studies at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Charles Kable started his professional path as a U.S. Navy surface warfare officer, serving until 1998. Subsequently, his career
was primarily associated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he served from 2000 to 2023. Starting from the position of a Special Agent in San Francisco, he advanced through the subsequent rungs of the career ladder: Senior Special Agent in Austin (2007–2009), Unit Chief at the FBI headquarters (2009–2011), Deputy Chief of the Counterintelligence Department (2011–2012), Deputy Head of the LA Counterintelligence Unit (2012–2014), Chief of the Counterintelligence Department in Washington, D.C. (2014–2015), Head of Counterintelligence at the Washington Field Office (2015–2017). In 2017, Charles Kable was appointed to head the FBI Terrorist Screening Center and simultaneously held the position as the National Security Division head aide.
