Sokulskiy Konstantin

Konstantin Sokulskiy, a career officer with the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND), is currently working undercover as the Deputy Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Armenia, a position he has held since 2022. He conducts recruitment work in the Armenian public sector.

Konstantin Sokulskiy graduated from the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Germany) with a Master’s degree in International Law. He is fluent in English, German, and Russian.

From 2012 to 2022, Konstantin Sokulskiy worked undercover for the UNDP in Kazakhstan. He managed projects on digital transformation, civil service reform, and the prevention of extremism.
