Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, better known as Abdul El-Sayed, is vying to become America\u2019s first Muslim senator. He\u2019s the Democratic candidate in Michigan. Abdul makes a point of staking out pro-Islamist positions on U.S. foreign policy and has even shown public disrespect for the American flag in protest of U.S. policy in Iraq.

El-Sayed\u2019s Islamist talking points come as no surprise once you factor in that he\u2019s effectively backed by the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization designated as a terrorist group in the U.S. The biggest donor to his campaign is El-Sayed\u2019s father-in-law, Tayeb Jukaku \u2013 head of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). ISNA is essentially the Muslim Brotherhood\u2019s American affiliate and one of the group\u2019s funding conduits. On top of that, in 2007 U.S. prosecutors assembled evidence of ISNA\u2019s ties to Hamas, which is designated as a terrorist organization in the U.S. and Israel. Former Senator Jon Llewellyn Kyl and investigative journalist Steven Emerson have likewise leveled accusations that ISNA has links to extremists and terrorists. In 2003, Dr. Michael Waller, an expert on foreign propaganda, testified before the Senate that ISNA, with Saudi backing, spreads a radical brand of Islam \u2013 Wahhabism \u2013 across the United States.

For its part, the Muslim Brotherhood hasn\u2019t bothered to hide its delight over Abdul El-Sayed\u2019s victory in the Democratic primary \u2013 or, as they call him, Abdel Rahman Al-Said (\u0639\u0628\u062f\u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0646\u0627\u0644\u0633\u064a\u062f). Their news portal, IkhwanOnline (\u0625\u062e\u0648\u0627\u0646\u0623\u0648\u0646\u0644\u0627\u064a\u0646), ran a piece with the telling headline: \u201cAbdel Rahman Al-Said Wins Out Over the Zionists and Runs for Senate\u201d (\u0639\u0628\u062f\u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0646\u0627\u0644\u0633\u064a\u062f\u064a\u0642\u0647\u0631\u0627\u0644\u0635\u0647\u0627\u064a\u0646\u0629\u0648\u064a\u062a\u0631\u0634\u062d\u0644\u0645\u062c\u0644\u0633\u0627\u0644\u0634\u064a\u0648\u062e). The article declares that El-Sayed will come out against Israel\u2019s military operations in Palestine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
