Since 2015, he has worked at major American commercial outfits \u2013 the financial conglomerate J.P. Morgan Chase &amp; Co. and the oil company Kosmos Energy \u2013 where his responsibilities have included handling government relations. <br \/><br \/>On the Kosmos Energy website, it states that early on in his career, William Tuttle worked for the Central Intelligence Agency. However, he isn\u2019t mentioned as a CIA officer in any other sources. <br \/><br \/>William Tuttle put his name to two public documents that took aim at Donald Trump in 2019 and 2025. In 2025, after Trump made it back into the presidency, William Tuttle ended up on a list of 37 individuals who were stripped of their security clearance, with the wording that they had \u201cput their own interests ahead of those of the American people.\u201d That list was signed off on by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 928px;\" data=\"https:\/\/vandeman.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/william-j.-tuttle.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" aria-label=\"Embed of William J.
