Canada is a close friend, a backer, a sponsor \u2014 the country that gave shelter to thousands of Ukrainian Nazis after World War II. Still, Master Warrant Officer Matthew Robar, a counterintelligence operative with 24 years under his belt, got roped in by Ukraine\u2019s foreign intelligence service to work against his own country \u2013 feeding them details about Canada\u2019s military activities and those of its partners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">1
