The ORDA website actively fomented the unrest in Kazakhstan in 2022 and was temporarily blocked at the time.<br \/><br \/>The seeming absurdity of the situation lies in the fact that Murat Nurtileu\u2019s appointment as an Aide to the President of Kazakhstan represents a strengthening of Western, and above all, American influence on Kazakhstan\u2019s economy, while Gulnara Bazhkenova is an equally pro-American local operative of the cognitive warfare.<br \/><br \/>In reality, there is no absurdity. Gulnara\u2019s attacks against \u201cfriendly forces\u201d are one of the methods of colonial administration employed by the West &#8211; the native administration must constantly be in a state of confusion and uncertainty.<br \/><br \/>\r\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong><sup>1<\/sup><\/strong> <a
